This is a gorgeous, rehabbed condo unit housed in an old 1860s brick building. The designers kept some of the old-world charm with the exposed brick, barn doors and fireplace mantle while updating every other aspect of the home with modern features. There is one king bed in the master bedroom and a futon in the living room. There is a 70” flat screen Smart TV in the living room, and the unit comes with free Wi-Fi. Apple TV is available for viewing for guests , as well as other apps that you can stream. The space comes complete with an on-suite master bath and a half bath for guests. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience tucked away in a utility closet.
It comes with one assigned parking spot.
This Vaughn Loft has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, powder room and 767 square feet of impeccable living quarters. The space is located on the 2nd floor so you’re away from street visibility but have a few stairs to climb. You’re less than 5 minutes from I-75 which can take you anywhere from Kentucky to Michigan! The unit includes 1 reserved, off-street parking spot right next to the entrance door, so you don’t need to worry about finding street parking!
